I held this class in the midst of a cold spell here in Chicago and we were all suffering from frozen, stiff bodies. Anytime your body lacks warmth and movement, the layers of tissue can lose their optimal glide and get dry and sticky. In this movement sequence, we mobilize and hydrate the entire body, do some focuses release for the neck and shoulders, and of course plenty of core work!
