Morning Qigong Warm Up to Bring in the Day

This one is short by design. It's meant to be done first thing — ideally with some morning light, but indoors works just as well. We open every joint, tap and brush to wake up the lymphatic system, and do a few simple qigong forms to get the breath and energy moving. The lung form at the end is especially good if you've had any chest or shoulder surgeries, or just tend to breathe a little shallow in the morning. The whole thing closes with a gathering — pulling light and energy in from all directions and letting it settle. Think of it as a reset before your day really starts.
Four-gate breathing — through the palms and soles — is one of the quickest ways to land in your body when your mind is still waking up
The lymphatic tapping sequence wakes up the system that clears cellular waste overnight — doing it first thing supports immune function and energy all day
Each joint is an energy gate — when we move them first thing, we're literally opening the channels for chi to flow through the body
