Sometimes we just flat out don’t feel like it- not just exercise, but anything! Certain blockages and stagnations in the body can make us feel indecisive and sluggish. We might not have the get-up-and-go to move our bodies or even take on our daily tasks. I put this sequence together because I didn’t feel like making a video today, but I know that if you can just tap into the wellspring, the rest takes care of itself! Spoiler alert- the rest of my day was much more productive after this!
