Hips First: Quick Stretch & Strength 20mn
Targeted Routine/ Spot Work

I had a little sniffle with the change of season, and I knew I’d feel better once I moved. When we’re under the weather, we tend to stop moving and turn into a little slug. Rest matters, but moving gently helps support your lymphatic system, and we have lymph nodes right there in the hips. So this is what I do when my hips need opening or I just need something easy. No polish, no presentation. Let’s just do it together.
We go straight for the hips, stretching them and waking them up from every angle, in about 25 minutes.
Four kinds of bridges. Each foot position recruits different muscles in the hips, so you feel the whole joint come online.
Activation without strain. Back-of-the-leg work focuses on finding the right muscles, not on height.
Opening at your own pace. Pigeon, cradle, and seated stretches come with options, so you can honor the tension you find instead of forcing past it.
Learning your own body. The goal is to sense what’s happening in your hips and what they need that day.
Good anytime. Use it after a long walk, before one, or on a slow day.
Expect a short, floor-based class of gentle mobility and light strength for the hips. A towel or pillow for your knees or hips and a strap are optional.

Breathing Room: (October 3, 2026)
This one is about making space for the heart and lungs. We give attention to the shoulders, upper back, and chest, and we’re breathing today. We start by feeling the inside of the body as well as the outside: the front of the sacrum, the inner surface of the pelvic bowl, the front of the spine. H...

12-Minute Pick-Me-Up — Exercise Ball ...
This is a quick one designed to do exactly what it says — pick you up and move you on. The whole thing is done on the exercise ball, which adds an element of balance and instability to movements that would be ordinary on the floor. We work through seated balancing and pelvic circles, side bends, ...
