Feet, Hips, Back, Neck, Arms, Legs… do you have parts calling out for extra attention? These workouts are designed to be a workout add-on to meet your specific goals, or a quick way to address a pressing issue. Want to tackle on 10 minutes of Arm Weights after a long walk? Maybe you hips need a wake up each morning? This is your landing place for a Targeted Routine. I welcome requests!

As with all exercise, you are the only one who can be responsible for your movement choices when you are at home. Please follow the instructions of your doctor or physical therapist to stay safe. I often offer modifications,, but none of the workouts are designed to treat any conditions or accommodate specific therapeutic needs. Feel free to email me for advice on modifications.
