Circulate & Restore — Lymphatic Qigong & Full Pilates Mat
Live Class Recording

56m
This one is built around the lymphatic system — the body's internal drainage and immune network that most movement practices completely ignore. We open with tapping, bouncing, and specific qigong forms designed to get lymphatic fluid circulating, which changes the quality of everything that follows. From there we move through a full Pilates mat: rolling, the abdominal series, leg work, swan, side-lying, and a closing standing integration. Throughout, the emphasis is less on effort and more on circulation — keeping fluid moving so the body can do what it's designed to do.
The lymphatic system has no pump of its own — it depends entirely on movement and breath to circulate, which is why this kind of practice does something that stretching and strength work alone can't
Tapping and bouncing before movement isn't a warm-up gimmick — it's one of the most direct ways to get lymphatic fluid moving through the whole body
This is a class where less effort produces more result — the whole point is circulation, not intensity

If your shoulders and upper back are where you carry it, this class works back to the source. We start by freeing up the lumbar spine and psoas through a specific breathing pattern — the kind of thing that makes everything else in the class feel different. From there we move into crane qigong, a ...
