Express Workout
It doesn’t take a whole hour to wake up and work your whole body. These quick workouts are a great way to get your day started or take a short movement break!
As with all exercise, you are the only one who can be responsible for your movement choices when you are at home. Please follow the instructions of your doctor or physical therapist to stay safe. I often offer modifications,, but none of the workouts are designed to treat any conditions or accommodate specific therapeutic needs. Feel free to email me for advice on modifications. First and foremost, I want you to be safe and healthy!
