We start by just settling in — waking up the belt channel, getting the arms swinging, letting the body remember it knows how to move. From there we lie down and spend some real time with the breath, not thinking about feeling it, but actually feeling it. Then we come back up for lung and kidney qigong — two of my favorites, especially if you sit a lot. The second half is mat work: spine, legs, shoulders, all of it. We finish standing, gathering everything up.
