We open with a quick standalone warm-up — joints, breath, spine — the kind of thing you actually have time for before heading out the door. Then we settle into a full class built around one idea: your nervous system is the thread connecting everything. The qigong, the floor work, the abdominal series — it all keeps coming back to creating healthy glide through the spinal cord and out into the body. Water element qigong is in here too, which transmutes stress into calm in a way that's hard to explain until you feel it.
The warm-up sequence is genuinely standalone — hits every joint and gets the breathing moving in about seven minutes
Kidney breathing flips the usual pelvic curl cue — inhale to suction rather than exhale to compress — which creates a completely different experience in the low back
The spiral work connects the limbs back into the spine — good for anyone who tends to feel like their body moves in disconnected pieces
