Cancer Corner
Living with stage IV metastatic breast cancer has inspired me to not only optimize my health, but to help others do the same. These resources are intended to help you feel fit and heal your body through any stage of treatment and recovery. Of course, we are all individuals with individual needs. Stay smart with your own body and never do anything that pushes towards pain. Enjoy!
As with all exercise, you are the only one who can be responsible for your movement choices when you are at home. Please follow the instructions of your doctor or physical therapist to stay safe. I often offer modifications,, but none of the workouts are designed to treat any conditions or accommodate specific therapeutic needs. Feel free to email me for advice on modifications. First and foremost, I want you to be safe and healthy!
