Full Length Workouts

Whole Body, Whole Time is the mantra. These workouts are 40-60 minutes of movement that touch on the whole body from the inside out. I will typically involve some sort of warm up, from either my qigong roots or therapeutic fitness, to awaken the fascia and energy and bring an inner focus to the routine. Some of these are Live Class Recordings from my studio in Chicago and others are filmed specifically for this site. I welcome your requests!

As with all exercise, you are the only one who can be responsible for your movement choices when you are at home. Please follow the instructions of your doctor or physical therapist to stay safe. I often offer modifications,, but none of the workouts are designed to treat any conditions or accommodate specific therapeutic needs. Feel free to email me for advice on modifications.
